TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

1. Parties

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of original works offered on this website.

• Seller (invoice): the artist selling the work (depending on the work).

• Purchase management and customer service: Iskra Abstract, S.L.

2. Works and availability

Each work is original and unique. If, for exceptional reasons, a work is no longer available after purchase or reservation, the buyer will be informed and any amount paid will be refunded.

3. Price, taxes, and currency

• Prices are shown in EUR.

• Spain: the price shown includes 10% VAT. In Spain, shipping costs are considered paid (they are included in the published price).

• European Union (deliveries outside Spain): VAT may vary depending on the country of delivery.

• Outside the EU: 0% Spanish VAT may apply and the buyer will be responsible for taxes/duties at destination.

• As the site does not automatically calculate VAT by country, the final amount is confirmed before payment by means of a reservation and proforma invoice, where applicable.

4. Free reservation (48 hours, working days)

If the buyer needs to confirm taxes by destination or pay in another currency, they can request a free reservation:

• The work is blocked for 48 hours (working days) from the confirmation of the reservation.

• The reservation does not imply an obligation to purchase.

5. Proforma and currency exchange (other currencies)

For payments in currencies other than the euro, a proforma invoice will be issued in the requested currency:

• The exchange rate applied will be the Wise mid-market rate at the time the proforma invoice is issued.

• The final amount and its validity will be indicated on the proforma invoice.

6. Payment methods

Depending on the case, the following will be offered:

• Card (including Apple Pay/Google Pay when available)

• Bank transfer

• Bitcoin

7. Single payment and invoice

The buyer makes a single payment for the total order (work + shipping/insurance when applicable + taxes depending on destination).

The purchase is documented with a single invoice issued by the selling artist, including the necessary items (work and, where applicable, shipping/insurance).

8. Purchase confirmation

The purchase is considered finalized when payment has been confirmed and the buyer receives a confirmation email with the order details.

9. Certificate of authenticity

Each work is delivered with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist (while alive), in addition to the necessary shipping documentation.

SHIPPING, PACKAGING, AND INSURANCE

1. Shipping and coordination

Iskra Abstract coordinates packaging, documentation, and transportation.

2. Insurance included

All shipments are made with transportation insurance included.

3. Professional packaging

The work is packaged with protection appropriate to its nature and destination. For some works, shipping in a rolled canvas is offered when indicated on the file (canvas/stretcher).

4. Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery: 2 to 4 weeks, depending on destination and logistics. For international shipments, customs and paperwork may affect delivery times.

5. Customs and taxes (outside the EU)

For destinations outside the EU, the buyer may be subject to taxes and duties at the destination. These amounts are unrelated to the Gallery and the artist.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE AND INCIDENTS

1. Inspection within 24 hours

To manage incidents, the buyer must inspect the package and the artwork within 24 hours of delivery.

2. What we need to open an incident

Send to contacto@iskraabstract.com:

• Photos of the outer packaging (including label)

• Photos of the inner packaging

• Clear photos of the damage to the artwork (if any)

3. Claim management

If the artwork arrives damaged during transport coordinated by Iskra Abstract, the Gallery will manage the claim with the carrier/insurance company and offer, as appropriate:

• full refund, or

• collection and refund, or

• solution agreed in writing.

RETURNS (14 DAYS)

1. Deadline

The buyer has 14 calendar days from receipt to request a return.

2. Conditions

The artwork must be returned:

• in perfect condition,

• in its original packaging or equivalent,

• with the certificate and documentation provided.

3. Costs

In the case of returns due to withdrawal, the return costs may be borne by the buyer unless otherwise indicated in the order confirmation.

In cases of damage, error, or non-conformity, the return will be handled at no cost to the buyer.

4. Procedure

Request the return by email to contacto@iskraabstract.com, indicating the order number and item, and attaching photos of the current condition.

5. Refund

After receiving and verifying the item, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method, unless this is technically impossible.
